Working with Karina was the best choice we made. She works fast pace, and is very knowledgable about everything! She helped us get our house pictures done, house on the market at a great price, and we got a full price offer on the house! Karina had great references for us, when we wanted to get some work done to our house, and that was very helpful! We had to move before our closing date and Karina was able to take care of everything while we were gone, even having someone mow our lawn while we were gone! We were pleased with how smoothly everything went.
